This recipe is perfect! Took over a year for me to come up with the perfect crust and I did it. We use Bob Mills Gluten Free flour (includes chickpea and fava bean flour).
Please note I don’t claim this to be Gluten Free because I do use flour on in our processing building. However, I do my very best sanitizing the baking area and pie press machines during our pie making process hoping no cross-contamination occurs.
