Jams, Jellies & Specialty FoodsI absolutely love making jams, jellies, mustards and relishes. I am always try to come up with new and exciting recipes. I don’t like the usual amounts of sugar in store-bought jams so I cut out as much as possible. We also have three diabetic friendly spreads. I have a tasting table at the back of the Orchard Store where you can try all my new creations so come taste what your missing.
“WOW” is the first word I hear out of ones mouth. Flavor comes out in a punch. Carrots, pineapple and of course apples mixed with just the right spices to taste your favorite dessert.
If you like Apple Pie you will LOVE this jam. Great on toast and on top of ice cream.
Sweet apple jelly with a kick! This is great served as an appetizer (cracker, cream cheese topped with Larissa’s Jalapeno Apple Jelly) or on top of pork chops and or chicken.
Rich and sweet apple butter made simple in a slow cooker. Apples slowly cook down until it becomes a thick, glossy, caramelized spread. Great on toast or swirled into ice cream.
We take frozen Saskatoons and make it into a beautiful spread. A Vitamix is used to turn it into a smooth spreading jam. (We also sell a low-sugar version.)

This sweet and tangy topper is packed with zucchini, peppers and onions and flavored with wonderful spices such nutmeg, turmeric and celery seed. Great on burgers!
Soaking brown, black and yellow mustard seeds in apple juice and apple cider vinegar for over 24 hours infuse the apple taste in this mustard. Then we add in some granny smith apples and voila. Some say it has a bit of a horseradish bite to it so you better like it hot!
Made with sweet apples,lots of garlic and our secret ingredient, a smokey flavoured tea!!!! You have to try this. This AWESOME barbecue sauce makes a tasty glaze not only on ribs but goes great with chicken, steak, pork chops or burgers. Great as a dip for fries.
